I am the owner of Dimensions Body Toning, a unique power-assisted Gentle Exercise salon on the Gold Coast designed for people who need a more gentle approach to exercise due to age, body condition or any other reason. The salon is conveniently located near Bond University on the Gold Coast.
The salon was set up in 2005 and our main goal is that our power-assisted Gentle Exercise machines take your limbs through a complete range of gentle movement with no strenuous effort or strain. It’s a relaxing and pain-free way to enjoy exercise and stay flexible and agile.
The advantage of this salon is that at any given time, there are no more than 8 people working out. This gives you much needed privacy and you do not have to “wait” for the machines like in a regular gym. What’s more, you receive personal attention and care further enhancing your experience and wellbeing.
Dimensions Body Toning use 8 Toning Tables each designed to target specific muscle groups (600 in total). Through repetitive isokinetic exercise, the gentle controlled movements of the machines enhance mobility and flexibility whilst gently firming the figure. Toning Tables have been found to benefit many clients with arthritis, rheumatism, multiple sclerosis and numerous other conditions. Some of my clients have been referred by their doctors to try the Toning Tables as they offer relief from variety of the painful conditions.
