2. Who will benefit from using the Toning Tables?
The Toning Tables will appeal to ages ranging from 18-85+. These machines are especially suitable for people 45-85 years old. If you do not like the idea of going to a gym but would still like a full body work-out, then it is worth giving a try. Clients with arthritis, rheumatism, multiple sclerosis and numerous conditions have found these useful. As the machines are designed for gentle controlled responses, it is ideal for the elderly.
3. How long does a session take?
Allow
from 1 hour for a session. As there are 8 Toning Tables which target the different body areas, allow for 7 minutes on each table. Ideally, to really see the benefits, two or three sessions a week is ideal. Using the deluxe massage chair and the vibration machine (which is great for circulation) you could easily be here up to 2.5 hours. When did you last have ME TIME?.
4. What should I wear?
